Sugarhill Festival
Sugarhill is a boutique festival held on Warren Farm near the town of Liddington, Wiltshire in the UK. EGM was invited in 2007 to tender a creative treatment document outlining a vision for the festival and its future.
EGM’s vision was to create an event that sits in the growth area of festivals in the UK, appealing to families and offering an alternative to the large commercial festivals. Satisfying the investors priority to limit expenditure whilst still going to market with an exciting and diverse programme.
EGM programmed the music, workshop and caberet programmes. Provided Production Management Services and some budget management ; worked with the festival adminsitator to asses and contract external suppliers such as ticketing services; and assisted site delivery managers with on the ground issues during the festival week end.
In October 2008 EGM was asked to submit programme options and a strategic working plan to the festival board for 2009 and 2010 as part of our on going work with the fesitval.
